Because this is a general-information publication rather than a telecom operator or service provider, questions about a specific connectivity product should be directed to the relevant responsible organization.
Information you choose to send
If you email the publication, the message may contain your name, email address, the content of your inquiry and any information you voluntarily include. We use that information to read, assess and, where appropriate, respond to the inquiry; to consider a correction; and to maintain a reasonable record of correspondence. The visible web form on the Contact page is nonfunctional and does not submit the information entered into it.
Do not send activation codes, passwords, full account details, payment information, identity documents or other sensitive information to the publication. If an inquiry concerns a third-party plan or device, share only the minimum context needed to describe the editorial question. The publication cannot provide account support for third-party services.
Lawful basis and retention
Where applicable data-protection law, including the GDPR, applies, the relevant lawful basis for handling a voluntary email inquiry may be our legitimate interest in communicating about the publication, reviewing feedback and maintaining editorial accuracy, or taking steps at your request before responding. This static website does not intentionally set advertising cookies, conduct behavioral profiling, sell personal information or operate a member login. It uses a local browser preference only when a visitor chooses the light/dark theme control; that preference is stored in the visitor’s own browser using local storage and is not a cross-site tracking identifier. The site includes external font and image resources. A visitor’s browser may make a request to those resource providers, which can involve technical data such as an IP address and standard request information under their own policies.
Hosting and network infrastructure can also process ordinary server logs for security, delivery, reliability and abuse prevention. We do not claim to control every infrastructure-level retention setting, but we expect providers involved in site delivery to handle technical records under appropriate safeguards. This publication does not currently present a bespoke analytics dashboard or claim audience measurement figures.
Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell personal data or share email inquiries for advertising. Technical information may be processed by hosting, delivery, email or resource providers that support the site and its communications. Those providers may operate in more than one country.
